Hola Amigos,

What do Salma Hayek and my husband have in common???

Well apart from the fact that I love them….. They like their soups with Mexican gold tequila’s 😃

Tequila’s been on my mind ever since he went to Mexico for a Business trip and sending me pictures of all things mexicano.

He’s already been to Pyramid of the Sun and Moon Gods. While he is yet to explore more of Aztec Cities in Mexico, let me take the opportunity to write about the Pyramids.

The Pyramid of the Sun is the largest structure in Teotihuacan which is a complex in the shadow of the mountain Cerro Gordo. Their is also Pyramid of the Moon in the same area.

It is believed that Aztec tribal community in the Mexican city of Teotihuacan, pray the Sun and the Moon Gods hence build these giant temples in the honor of birth of these gods. Their were priests who perform daily ceremonies at in the secret caves inside the pyramids used as religious shrine.

The Pyramid of the Sun was built in 250 A.D. and discovered in 1900’s and is the third largest in the world after the Pyramids of Giza.
